In a landmark decision (No. Ц-30, dated 19.12.2024), the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) has approved new tariffs for water supply and sewerage services provided by "Water Supply and Sewerage" EOOD in Plovdiv, effective from January 1, 2025. The revised prices, exclusive of VAT, are as follows:
Water Supply Services:
- Water Delivery: 1.890 BGN/cubic meter
Sewerage Services:

Wastewater Discharge: 0.279 BGN/cubic meter

Residential and Equivalent Users: 0.820 BGN/cubic meter

Industrial and Other Business Users:

Pollution Level 1: 0.960 BGN/cubic meter

Pollution Level 2: 1.339 BGN/cubic meter
- Pollution Level 3: 1.955 BGN/cubic meter
