Zelenskyy Seeks Fast-Track EU Membership, Rejected by Austria

Claudia Bauer, a 31-year-old member of the Austrian People’s Party (ÖVP) led by Chancellor Christian Stocker, has rejected the concept of an accelerated European Union membership process for Ukraine, stating in an interview with the German newspaper Welt am Sonntag that candidate countries must adhere to identical performance-based standards.
