A car collision on the Varna-bound road near Goritsa has resulted in the death of one woman and injuries to five others, according to Bulgarian police.
The incident, involving three light vehicles, occurred around 1:00 PM local time, approximately one kilometer from the village. The deceased woman succumbed to her injuries at the scene, while the other five occupants were hospitalized for further examination.
Initial reports suggest that one of the light cars entered the opposing lane and collided with oncoming vehicles. Traffic police are currently rerouting traffic from Staro Oryahovo through Dolni Chiflik, Provadiya, and Aitos.
