Board Supervision and Examination Locations
The licensure examinations were administered by the Board of Mechanical Engineering. Rodulfo L. Manuel L. Paulino and Engr. Ramon F. Solis. Testing for the computer-based CPMLE took place concurrently with the Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination (MELE) across ten designated regional testing centers nationwide.

Registration and Initial Requirements
According to the PRC, successful examinees must complete their initial registration online through the official portal at online.prc.gov.ph, with registration appointments scheduled to begin on October 15, 2026. Registrants are required to prepare a Notice of Admission for identification purposes, a completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal), two passport-sized ID photographs on a white background with complete name tags, two sets of documentary stamps, and one short brown envelope. The agency emphasizes that passers must personally complete their initial registration and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification and Oath-Taking Procedures
According to the PRC, online verification of ratings will become available on the official website within a few working days following the release of results. Examinees checking their scores must provide their examination name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth, ensuring that the details match their original application.
The schedule and venue for the mass oath-taking ceremony will be announced separately by the PRC. Passers attending the face-to-face ceremony must register online via the PRC portal no later than 12:00 PM on the day before the event. Alternatively, examinees unable to attend in person may schedule a virtual oath-taking by selecting “e-OATH” as the transaction type on the portal, where online registration normally closes five calendar days prior to the scheduled virtual session.
