During the morning operation, officers encountered the 42-year-old male suspect and confiscated a bag that held 88 mandrax tablets, 10 packets of tobacco, seven packets of crystal meth, five packets of dagga, a charging cable, and a cellular telephone with two SIM cards. Things escalated for the cleaner on Tuesday when police conducted a follow-up search of his office within the court building. According to Constable Ndakhe Gwala, officers found another bag that allegedly belonged to the suspect. From within that bag, officials retrieved 402 mandrax tablets, 41 sachets of crystal meth, five packets of dagga, one packet of cocaine, two cellular telephone chargers, and 14 cellular telephones with 16 various network SIM cards. Police seized all items and booked them in as exhibits.
