Jakarta, CNN Indonesia

A member of the DPR’s Commission XI, Satori, has confirmed that all members of the commission have utilized corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds from Bank Indonesia (BI) for programs in their respective constituencies. These funds are channeled through foundations.

"All members of Commission XI have access to these programs," Satori stated at the KPK headquarters in Jakarta on Friday (27/12). Satori also acknowledged using BI’s CSR funds for programs in his own constituency.

Denying any bribery involvement, Satori assured full cooperation with ongoing legal processes. "There’s no bribery involved," he insisted.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned Satori and another DPR member, Heri Gunawan, regarding alleged CSR-related corruption at BI. Both attended the summon. Satori arrived at the KPK headquarters around 13:11 WIB.

KPK Chair Tessa Mahardhika stated that both were summoned as witnesses. Currently, KPK is investigating corruption involving BI’s CSR funds, conducting a raid on Monday (16/12).

Deputy for Enforcement and Implementation at KPK, Rudi Setiawan, revealed that various evidence, including documents and electronic devices, were seized during the raid.
