In a tragic turn of events, another master of Maria Sylvester’s ‘Brigade New Home’ has passed away. Just months after the loss of Valey Angelov in October, the renovation brigade announced another sad passing.
"On Christmas Eve, we lost Ilko," his colleagues shared on social media. "He was a warm and cheerful person who always believed in collective success. A gentle giant with a childlike soul, he would often make us laugh until our eyes welled up. Every week, he’d bring in cakes for photoshoots, and after a renovation, he’d always ask, ‘Did the children enjoy it?’ We love you, Ilko, rest in peace. Respect to another true hero."
