“$250 steal that delivers nearly everything you’d want from a wearable, with surprisingly few compromises,” CNET smartwatch expert Vanessa Hand Orellana said of the third-generation Apple Watch SE. The Apple Watch SE 3 is on sale for $199 at Amazon, marking a $50 discount from its standard $249 retail price. Cnet.com reported that the price cut matches the lowest rate ever recorded for Apple’s most affordable wearable lineup, applying to multiple case and band color combinations.
Amazon Lowers Apple Watch SE 3 Price to $199
The current discount brings the third-generation Apple Watch SE back down to its record-low price point. Even at its regular price of $249, Cnet.com smartwatch expert Vanessa Hand Orellana described the wearable as a device that delivers nearly everything expected from a smartwatch with surprisingly few compromises.
The device shares the same S10 processor found in the 2025 Series 11 and Ultra 3 models. Amazon’s October Prime Day sale also features discounts on newer hardware, including the Apple Watch Series 12 and the Apple Watch Ultra 4, with savings reaching up to $200 on select models across the wearable lineup.
The retailer refers to this October event as “Prime Big Deal Days,” a two-day sale occurring October 6 and October 7. Other discounts include the M6 Mac mini at all-time lows, AirPods Pro 3 reduced by $70, and the Apple Watch Ultra 4 with a Natural Titanium Case and Translucent Gray Ocean Band for $699.99. The Ultra 4 is regularly $799, making this the first major price drop since its launch last month.
