Rotterdam Police Releases Photo of Suspect in String of Assaults
Rotterdam police have issued a photograph of a man they suspect in a series of sexual assaults committed across the city. The suspect is believed to have targeted women during nighttime hours and at various locations, leaving three victims to file official reports.
"We are taking these allegations extremely seriously," said a Rotterdam police spokesperson, confirming that the suspect’s photograph was released to expedite investigations and encourage any other potential victims to come forward.
The suspect is described as a man in his early 30s, with a medium build, and short, dark hair. He has been seen wearing dark clothing and a cap. Police believe the suspect may have assaulted multiple women, with the first reported incident occurring in late September.
"The safety of our citizens is our top priority," emphasized the police spokesperson. They further urged anyone with information regarding the suspect’s identity or whereabouts to contact law enforcement immediately.
