Chick-fil-A is expanding its Singapore footprint with a second outlet at Millenia Walk, scheduled to open on July 30. This follows the chain’s Asia debut at Bugis+ in December 2025. The brand maintains its signature menu and specific operational policies, including a Sunday closure, while appointing Deborah Ku as the new local owner-operator.
Strategic Expansion and Local Leadership
According to a company press statement, the new location will be led by Deborah Ku, who brings over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to the role. Ku’s background includes experience working in her family’s buffet restaurant.

This leadership structure mirrors the model used at the Bugis+ outlet, which is overseen by Chyn Koh. The two locations currently share the same core menu, featuring chicken sandwiches, waffle potato fries, and soft-serve desserts, supplemented by the expanded menu offerings introduced in June.
Did you know?
Chick-fil-A’s operational policies include closing on Sundays, Christmas Day, and the first day of Chinese New Year across its Singapore locations.
Operational Differences Across Singapore Outlets
While the menu remains consistent, the two outlets feature slightly different operating hours. The Bugis+ location operates daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, providing a slightly wider window for customers compared to the Millenia Walk branch, which will operate from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm.
Both locations adhere to the brand’s policy of closing on Sundays and designated public holidays.
Community Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility
To commemorate the opening of the Millenia Walk outlet, Chick-fil-A has pledged a donation of S$25,000 (US$19,360) to The Food Bank Singapore. The company stated that these funds are designated for a new food assistance initiative aimed at supporting tertiary students.
This initiative is currently scheduled to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026.
