Cuban border patrol agents killed four crew members of a U.S. Vessel in a confrontation on Wednesday off the northern coast of the island, according to Cuba’s Ministry of the Interior (Minint).

According to Minint, the Florida-registered speedboat was approximately one nautical mile northeast of the El Pino maritime channel when it was intercepted by a surface unit of the Border Troops, consisting of five personnel, who approached with the intention of identifying it.
