Dog’s Playful Mistake Leaves Family Petrified: Thinks Bomb is a Toy
A dog in Taiwan had its family seeing danger instead of playtime when it brought home an unsuspecting "toy". The pet thought a small, spherical object, later identified as a makeshift bomb, was just another game to enjoy with its family.
The furry culprit, serenely named ‘Xiao Hei’ (Little Black), found the-object-that-shouldn’t-be during a walk. Its owner, a soldier, had out infantry training exercises in the area, and Xiao Hei must have thought it found the perfect plaything.
The little dog trotted home, families in tow, eager to share its ‘treasure’. Its owner, mere minutes after expressing puzzlement at the dog’s new ‘toy’, realized the horror. "What in the world is this?!" he exclaimed, "It’s a bomb!"
The family went from delighted confusion to sheer terror in an instant. They immediately dialed emergency services, and the bomb disposal squad swiftly responded.
Xiao Hei’s owner later recalled the moment of realization, "When I saw it, I could feel my heart drop… I thought, ‘Oh no, I’m going to die!’"
The squad successfully defused the bomb, ensuring a safe ending to this frightening tale. Yet, it serves as a crucial reminder: even if it seems harmless and playful, an object that resembles a bomb, is likely just that – a bomb. Safety first, even for our furry friends.
