"SIM renewal services at Satpas Daan Mogot, Unit Satpas DKI Jakarta, Unit gerai SIM DKI Jakarta, and Unit SIM keliling were closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. They reopened on Thursday, January 2, 2025," Android Police reported.
A SIM is a legal document required for any vehicle driver, including motorcycles and cars, and must be renewed every five years to maintain your driving eligibility.

This regulation has been in place since October 7, 2019, as per the Kapolri Regulation No. 9/2012.
How to Renew Your SIM
