Kharkiv residents have been left shaken after a series of explosions echoed through the city, according to Suspilne news. Here’s what we know so far.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov confirmed that the city was targeted by an enemy ‘Mолния’ drone. The strike damaged the glass windows of a high-rise building and several vehicles. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.

The situation was first alerted at 10:44 on December 26, with Air Force warnings of increased hostile tactical aviation activity in the northeastern direction. A real-time update at 14:08 Kyiv time pinpointed a guided aircraft bomb heading towards Kharkiv.
Suspilne correspondents reported the first explosion at 14:13, with locals hearing blasts that seemed to be outside the city. A minute later, a series of explosions were reported within Kharkiv.
