A diagnosis of Rhabdomyosarcoom, a rare and aggressive form of cancer, upended her life and her family’s. Since then, Jade has endured countless chemotherapies, radiations, and surgeries, all to no avail. Despite the harrowing prognosis, Jade remains defiant, her spirit unbroken.

"Kanker is nooit weg," Jade explains. "It’s always there, every minute of every day. But I want people to see that there’s more to life with cancer than just the illness."

Jade’s life is a testament to her strength and determination. She’s lost her hair multiple times, undergone numerous grueling treatments, and faced her own mortality. Yet, she continues to find joy in the little moments, appreciating the love and support of her family, the friendships formed with her ‘cancer family,’ and the inspirational messages she receives from total strangers.
