Kyiv Reacts to POW Exchange Agreement

Lubinets revealed this information via his Telegram channel, emphasizing the priority of repatriating severely ill and injured captives.

The agreement, Lubinets added, also includes the provision for each Ukrainian prisoner of war and civilian detainee to receive a care package from Ukraine, facilitated by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
