A 21-year-old Bellevue man is being held on $5 million bail following an investigation into an alleged sex trafficking operation. The suspect was arrested Wednesday morning after Bellevue police SWAT officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the 16400 block of Southeast 44th Place.
During a first appearance hearing on Friday, a King County judge found probable cause to hold the individual on four counts of human trafficking, one count of money laundering, and one count of leading organized crime. The suspect remains in the King County Jail.

The investigation, which began last fall, centers on a large rental home in the Lakemont neighborhood. Neighbors had previously reported numerous 911 calls and concerns regarding large parties promoted on social media and adult-content platforms.
Investigators estimated that some events at the property exceeded 300 attendees, including numerous minors. Over several months, police responded to more than 100 incidents at the residence, including reports of assaults, weapons complaints, and driving-under-the-influence offenses.
Court documents detail allegations that women were recruited into an adult-content business involving platforms such as OnlyFans and Chaturbate. Victims told investigators they were promised significant earnings but allegedly lost access to their accounts after managers took control of finances and content distribution.
Multiple women also alleged they faced physical violence, including being assaulted, restrained, or threatened with firearms. One victim reported that her accounts generated nearly $230,000 in gross revenue over a single year, but she alleged she never received the funds.

During Wednesday’s search, investigators reported seizing more than 300 cell phones and more than 50 laptops. Other evidence recovered included financial records, business documents, and a whiteboard labeled “Content Plan.”
Bellevue Police Chief Wendell Shirley stated that the activity significantly disrupted the quality of life for the surrounding neighborhood. Captain Joe Nault also issued a warning to parents, noting that officers witnessed high-school-aged children being dropped off at the home, likely unaware of the activities occurring inside.
