In the statement, DJP extends its apology to all taxpayers for the difficulties experienced in exercising their tax rights and obligations through Coretax DJP.
To overcome these challenges, DJP has been working diligently to make improvements, ensuring that the Coretax system delivers efficient and smooth service. DJP’s efforts to improve the system include:
- Expanding the network and increasing bandwidth capacity.

- Streamlining registration processes, including password resets, NIK-NPWP pairing, data updates, and facial recognition for e-signature authorization.
- Enhancing payment processes by introducing billing code applications, journal voucher entry, and outstanding tax payment settlement (both STP and SKP).
- Offering services such as SKB PPh and PPN application, KSWP confirmation, and PKP status verification.

Moreover, DJP confirms that switching to the new system will not result in additional burdens for taxpayers. "DJP is committed to continually improving and refining the Coretax system, including enhancing its capacity. We are grateful for taxpayers’ cooperation and patience in supporting the government’s efforts to advance its information systems," DJP stated.
