The introduction of a single gasification operator will reduce the cost of the final connection of households to gas by 30%. This was announced by the chairman of the board of “Gazprom” Alexey Miller at an online meeting on the gasification of regions at the site of “United Russia”, the correspondent of RBC reports.
As the head of the company noted, Gazprom will allocate 526 billion rubles for gasification of the regions. until 2025. For intra-settlement gas pipelines and the “last mile” (the last section of the gas pipeline connection; the municipal authorities are responsible for bringing it to the consumer), taking into account degasification, 354 billion rubles will be needed.
“This is my estimate – with the introduction of a single operator, this amount can be reduced by 30%. And then it is already 220 billion rubles. “- said Miller.
According to Miller, now only 11 regions have gasification up to 100%, Gazprom expects to increase their number to 35: “The goal of the five-year program is to have 24 more regions included in this list.”
