Starting with the north, departments like Aisne, Ardennes, and Pas-de-Calais are grappling with significant river flooding, heavy rain, and ice. Meanwhile, the departments of Aube, Côte-d’Or, and Seine-Saint-Denis are contending with powerful gusts of wind. Avalanche risk is high in the mountainous regions of Isère and Savoie.
