Teen’s Tragic Fall From Apartment Block Linked to Vaping Incident
In a shocking turn of events, a 14-year-old boy’s plunge from a residential building in Pleven, Bulgaria, on New Year’s Day has been linked to his consumption of a suspected vaping liquid containing substances similar to cannabis. An extensive investigation is currently underway, focusing on interviewing the other minors present, their parents, and their educators. The seized vaping device and its contents are undergoing comprehensive physical and chemical examinations to determine the exact composition of the substance involved.
