Additional leadership roles span multiple regional and organizational backgrounds. Dr H Juri Ardiantoro, a former leader of GP Ansor DKI Jakarta, was appointed as Vice General Chairman. Meanwhile, figures from various prominent pesantren in Jombang, such as KH Irfan Yusuf Hasyim from Tebuireng and H Nur Hidayat from Seblak who serves as Deputy Secretary-General, also hold positions within the new structure.

From the Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas environment, KH M Hasib Wahab is Ketua, while Nyai Hj Mahfudhoh Wahab and Nyai Hj Chizbiyah Wahab are in the Mustasyar tier; all three are children of NU founder KH Abdul Wahab Chasbullah. Also from Tambakberas are KH Abdurrozaq Sholeh, KH Abdulloh Rif’an Nashir, and KH Abd Lathif Malik, who serve as Katib. Other Jombang appointments include Rais PBNU KH Afifuddin Dimyathi from Darul Ulum Rejoso, A’wan PBNU KH Abdussalam Shohib from Mambaul Ma’arif Denanyar, and treasurer Aris Ariyanto from Peterongan.

The roster also includes figures from Jakarta, such as Prof KH Asrorun Ni’am Sholeh and KH Zulfa Mustofa in the Rais Syuriyah tier, and Mustasyar Nyai Hj Hizbiyah Rochim. KH Muhammad Faiz Syukron Ma’mun, the MUI DKI Jakarta Chairman, is a Vice General Chairman. H Nusron Wahid and H Endin AJ Soefihara serve as A’wan PBNU.
