Rebaz Left Disappointed After Receiving Undercooked Pizza, No Apology from Restaurant
Local resident, Rebaz, had high hopes for a relaxing pizza night at a popular nearby restaurant. However, his experience took a sour turn when he received an undercooked pizza, and his attempts to seek an apology or redress went unheeded.
"I’ve been looking forward to this all week," Rebaz recounted. "But when they served the pizza, it was clearly undercooked. There was raw dough in the middle, and it just wasn’t acceptable."
Despite expressing his dissatisfaction to the staff, Rebaz reports that he was met with indifference. "They didn’t offer an apology, and they didn’t even try to make it right," he said. "I had to eat it as is, or go hungry."
The unsatisfying meal wasn’t the only consequence for Rebaz. "I felt so unwell afterwards that I spent the entire weekend recovering. I’ve even lost two kilos due to the food poisoning," he added.
Rebaz’s experience serves as a reminder for others to be cautious when dining out. "Do not hesitate to speak up if you’re unhappy with what you’re served," he advised. "And be ready for anything, including less-than-satisfactory service."
Rumors have been circulating about the restaurant’s decline in standards, with several customers reporting similar issues. However, when reached for comment, the restaurant owner declined to address the matter.
