A new fellowship program, the Resilient Futures Fellowship, will convene 16 leaders from Poland, the Baltic states, and Ukraine. The program, organized by the Res Publica Foundation in partnership with the PZU Foundation, aims to cultivate individuals who can shape the future of democratic resilience in Europe.
Who is Eligible?
The Fellowship seeks applicants demonstrating strong leadership, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to impact. Ideal candidates include influential voices in civil society, future-oriented innovators, media professionals, and those with expertise in areas like cybersecurity and digital governance. Applicants must also possess advanced English proficiency (C1-C2) and provide a letter of recommendation.
Program Details
The program, scheduled from February to June 2026, will culminate in participation at the Europe Future Forum in September 2026. The curriculum includes a February webinar focused on skill-building and strategic foresight, online meetings in March to support collaborative projects, and a two-day in-person masterclass in Warsaw. Fellows will also engage in publications, conference attendance, and the development of policy recommendations.
Participants will be selected from Poland (4), Lithuania (2), Latvia (2), Estonia (2), and Ukraine (2), with up to 5 additional participants nominated by the PZU Foundation from across Central and Eastern Europe. The application deadline is January 18, 2026.
