The 24-year-old suspect, born on Curaçao and raised in the Netherlands, was taken into custody late last night. He was initially stopped in a shop based on a tip-off, with his identification and a photograph being taken at that time. Despite not initially matching the description, further investigation led to his arrest.

The man had previous convictions, including scooter theft and shoplifting. The police are still investigating the motive behind the shootings.
