Captured: Swingers Pairs Accused of Organizing Secret Sex Parties and Leaking Videos

In a shocking turn of events, police have arrested a married couple, both 39, identified by their initials I.G. and K.S., for allegedly hosting and selling videos of secretive swingers sex parties without the consent of participants. The events, which involve partner swapping, were held in both Jakarta and Bali.

"The problem here is that the organizers, without the attendees’ consent, have been selling and distributing videos of these sex and partner swapping events," explained Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi, the Head of the Public Relations Division of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, in a statement to reporters on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

Indradi revealed that participants were not charged any fees and did not receive any compensation for their involvement in the swingers parties. The police described the attendees as having unconventional sexual preferences.

"We have reason to believe that the party organizers are catering to the fantasies of those with unorthodox sexual preferences," said Indradi, adding that the organizers did not receive any payment for their services either.

One of the suspects, K.S., has already been taken into custody at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police’s Cyber Crime Directorate. Investigations are ongoing.

The case was uncovered by the Jakarta Metropolitan Police’s Cyber Crime Directorate after they discovered an online advertisement promoting a partner swapping event on a website. The website, SW**com, was used to recruit participants for the swingers* parties in Bali and Jakarta.

Indradi stated, "The case we are currently investigating involves the distribution of electronic documents through a website that contains invitations to sex parties and partner swapping events."

I.G. and K.S. have been suspected of organizing these events for at least 10 times in total, with eight instances taking place in Bali and two in Jakarta.

Swingers’ Secret: Jakarta-Bali’s Hidden Sexual Retreat

Title:Swap Spouses, Not Secrets: Indonesia‘s Uncovered Swingers’ Parties

Article:

In an unexpected twist, the Directorate of Cyber Crime at the Jakarta Metro Jaya Police has exposed a string of swingers’ parties that spanned from Jakarta to Bali. These explicit events were orchestrated by an unlikely pair – a married couple initialized as I.G (39) and K.S (39).

The elaborate scheme came to light after police investigators stumbled upon an advertisement on a website promoting swinger parties. The platform, named SW***com, promised free entry to anyone interested in joining the ‘fantasy exchanges.’ However, what participants didn’t know was that their actions were being recorded and later sold or distributed online.

"The suspects, a husband and wife duo, allegedly recorded these intimate exchanges without the consent of the participants and sold the videos," said Ade Ary Syam Indradi, the Head of Public Relations at Metro Jaya Police.

In a daring move, the couple confessed to police that they had been organizing these events for some time now, using the very same website to ‘recruit’ new members. The parties involved ‘swinging,’ a practice where couples switch sexual partners for the night.

Authorities managed to apprehend the couple in Badung, Bali, putting an end to their clandestine operations. As the investigation continues, the police are encouraging anyone who may have been a victim to come forward.

This peculiar case adds a new dimension to the country’s evolving conversation around sexual freedom and privacy. As technology plays an increasingly significant role in our lives, so do the ethical dilemmas surrounding it. With this incident, Indonesia seems to be grappling with numeric intimacy in the digital age.

Chuck Putranto Assumes Position at PMJ; Police Lacks Seriousness in Ensuring Transparency

by Chief Editor January 5, 2025

Indonesia Police Watch Slams Police’s Lack of Seriousness in Internal Reforms

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia — Indonesia Police Watch (IPW) has criticized the Indonesian National Police (Polri) for not taking internal reforms seriously, following the reinstatement of several police officers involved in the Ferdy Sambo case to their positions.

One such officer is Commissioner Chuck Putranto, who was promoted to the rank of AKBP and currently serves as the Head of the Binational Operations Division at the Jakarta Metro Police’s Criminal Investigation Unit. Chuck was involved in the investigation of the murder of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat on July 8, 2022, where he played a role in tampering with and destroying CCTV footage near Irjen Ferdy Sambo’s residence.

IPW Chairman Sugeng Teguh Santoso understands that promotions are within the police’s purview, but he believes that officers like Chuck Putranto and his colleagues should not have been promoted. "There are many police officers who have performed well and are waiting for promotions, but the police have instead given promotions to problematic officers," said Sugeng.

Previously, Polri included several police officers who were previously involved in the Ferdy Sambo case in the promotion list. This was outlined in Telegram Letter (TR) Number ST/1/KEP/2025 dated January 2, 2025.

Chuck Putranto himself was sentenced to one year in prison and a fine of Rp10 million by the South Jakarta District Court, with the option of serving three months in prison. This sentence was lower than the prosecutor’s demand of two years in prison and a fine of Rp10 million with the option of three months in prison.

He was released from prison in June 2023 due to assimilation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Chuck was previously dismissed from the police force for dishonorable conduct (PTDH) for obstructing the legal process in the case of the attempted murder of Brigadier Yosua. However, this punishment was overturned on appeal, and he was only demoted and remained a member of the police force.

The IPW chairman is concerned that other police officers may ignore legal violations, setting a bad precedent. "Of course, that’s a bad precedent. ‘We can just commit violations, we can fix it, we can do lobbying,’" said Sugeng.

Title: Two Police Officers Demoted for Extorting Spectators at DWP Event

Article:

Two police officers in Indonesia have been met with official sanctions following revelations of their involvement in a case of extortion at an event. The two, identified as Iptu Sehatma Manik (SM) and Brigadir Fahrudun Rizki Sucipto (FRS), were found to have demanded money from Indonesian and foreign spectators during a drug raid at the DWP event.

Kombes Erdi A. Chaniago, Head of Public Relations Division at the Indonesian National Police (Polri), disclosed the duo’s actions in a press conference. He revealed that SM and FRS had approached the spectators while inspecting them for narcotics, asking for money in exchange for their release.

"The inspection had already been conducted when they started making these demands," Erdi explained. This was confirmed after interrogating eight witnesses present at the hearing of the Police Ethics Commission (KKEP).

As a result of their actions, both SM and FRS received disciplinary sanctions. SM was demoted for eight years, while FRS faced a five-year demotion. Both were also made to apologize orally before the KKEP and in writing to the Police Chief.

The two officers have since filed appeals against the imposed sanctions. The National Police (Polri) has dismissed three senior-ranking officers, with more disciplinary hearings scheduled in the coming days.

Policemen Dismissed

The dismissed officers, undergoing the deepest disciplinary action, are:

  1. Kombes Donald Simanjuntak – The head of the Narcotics Crime Directorate at the Metro Jaya regional police. His inaction and ineffective oversight allowed subordinates to harass and exploit DWP attendees.
  2. AKBP Malvino Edward Yusticia – A high-ranking officer within the same directorate. Yusticia was involved in the unlawful detentions and extortion cases that occurred during the event.
  3. AKP Yudhy Triananta Syaeful – A former member of the same directorate. Yudhy’s participation in the harrowing incidents has led to his dismissal.

These three were let go following disciplinary hearings held on December 31, 2024 (Donald and Yudhy) and January 2, 2025 (Malvino).

Polri’s Unyielding Stance

Karopenmas, the chief spokesperson for the National Police, Brigjen Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, has clarified that the dismissal of these officers should serve as a stark reminder of the consequences of misconduct. He underscored that the police force will not tolerate any form of misbehavior from its members. Moreover, the National Police has invited external observers from Kompolnas to oversee the proceedings to ensure their transparency and impartiality.

Trunoyudo iterated that Police Chief Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo remains steadfast in his commitment to uphold the integrity of the force by swiftly punishing any transgressions.

On-going Investigations

The disciplinary hearings continue, with the focus now shifting to the roles played by the 3 senior officers. The Sc весьх; surgeries exposed several sketches that commenced during the event. Kombes Donald’s inaction and approval of his subordinates was cited as misconduct, which led to his dismissal. AKP Yudhy, businessman, was linked to demands for bribes during detentions. Similar allegations have emerged against AKBP Malvino.

The police force is currently scrutinizing 18 officers, and 3 have been terminated thus far. More disciplinary actions are expected in the following days, with the list of officers potentially expanding due to recent developments.

Demotion for a Police Officer

Apart from the dismissals, one police officer has received a severe demotion as punishment for their involvement in the case. Kompolnas Choirul Anam confirmed the news of a police official with the initial ‘D’ being demoted by eight ranks, along with a 30-day confined duty. This officer was identified as a significant figure in the case, although specific details on his role remain unclear.

As the probe into the DWP event harassment continues, the National Police reaffirms its commitment to enforcing zero tolerance for misconduct and corruption among its ranks. With more disciplinary hearings scheduled, investigations promise to unearth the full extent of the involved parties’ misdeeds and ensure they face appropriate consequences. The public eagerly awaits more developments in this unfolding story.
