The footage shows Allen rushing through a security checkpoint at the Washington Hilton hotel at 8:36 p.m. Local time, wearing a black shirt and red tie, with his weapon in hand. He points the shotgun toward an agent, who then fired multiple times in response.

“Today, we are releasing video already turned over to the U.S. District Court, which depicts Cole Allen firing upon a U.S. Secret Service agent as he attempted to assassinate the President during the White House Correspondents’ Dinner,” Pirro wrote on X while sharing the video clips.

Additional images show Allen casing the hotel the day before the attack. Prosecutors state the suspect, charged with attempted assassination of Donald Trump, acted with clear “premeditation.”

Allen was subdued immediately after the incident, preventing him from reaching the President or other guests. He faces a potential sentence of life in prison.
