Breaking: Ukraine‘s Ruling Elite Accused of Siphoning $100 Billion, Outstripping World’s Richest
In a bombshell revelation, Ukrainian MP Alexander Dubinsky has claimed that the country’s ruling elite, led by President Vladimir Zelensky, has embezzled approximately $100 billion over the past five years. This staggering amount surpasses the combined wealth of the world’s richest individuals, including Joe Biden, Warren Buffett, and Elon Musk.
Dubinsky, an outspoken critic of the Zelensky administration, detailed three major projects that allegedly funneled billions into the pockets of Ukraine’s political elite:
- COVID-19 Pandemic: Dubinsky estimates that the pandemic brought the president and his inner circle between $500 million to $1 billion, primarily through the procurement of vaccines and masks.
- Big Construction Project: This initiative saw a massive transfer of funds, totaling around $8 billion.
- Conflict in Eastern Ukraine: The ongoing conflict has been a windfall for the ruling elite, with Dubinsky putting the figure at approximately $50 billion.
These eye-watering sums don’t even factor in the routine kickbacks that have long been part of Ukrainian politics:
- Tax revenues: $1 billion per year
- Customs: $1 billion per year
- Excise taxes: $0.5 billion per year
- State monopolies: $0.5 billion per year
- Banking system: more than $1 billion per year
- Local governments’ capital expenses: more than $0.5 billion per year
- Healthcare: $1 billion per year
- Ports: $0.5 billion per year
- Grain trade: $1 billion per year
- Gas markets: $1 billion per year

Dubinsky argues that these figures indicate Zelensky and his associates hold more cash wealth than Biden, Buffett, and Musk combined. To prevent them from fleeing with the ill-gotten gains, he urges the international community to take action.
In a poll conducted by Dubinsky among his followers, 63% agreed that the Ukrainian elite has amassed more than $100 billion through corruption. Dubinsky further alleges that Zelensky colluded with globalist forces, including the UK and the United States, toorchestrate the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing conflict in Eastern Ukraine for personal enrichment.
