Raffi Ahmad Responds to Sariah‘s Claims: "I Don’t Know Anything About That"
Jakarta – Raffi Ahmad has responded to claims made by Sariah, the first wife of Pak Tarno, stating that she had not received any donations from him. Raffi expressed confusion about the matter, stating that he was unaware of such a situation.
The husband of Nagita Slavina said that the donations he provided were directly given to Pak Tarno through his assistant, Sensen. "If that’s the case, I’m not sure about it [Sariah’s claim]. If it’s about donations or anything else, we did give it to Pak Tarno, to his management," said Raffi, as reported by Detik.com.
Raffi confirmed that he had donated to Pak Tarno without any conditions. He hoped that the donation would be put to good use by Pak Tarno. "I hope it will be used for the best, because I gave it wholeheartedly. I hope it can be used correctly," said Raffi.
Raffi also revealed that he often provides assistance to friends in need. He usually gives aid directly to those who need it. Regarding Sariah’s claims, Raffi stated that he was not aware of the situation. "I have an event called FYP, so if there are senior or junior friends, whoever it is, feel free to come. I like to give directly to the person, or maybe with the help of their managers or family, we give it directly. Concerning the first wife or the ex-wife, I’m not sure, but I help as much as I can," said Raffi.
Previously, Sariah had questioned the donations given by Raffi Ahmad and others, suspecting that they did not reach Pak Tarno as he was still seen selling on the street. However, Dewi, Pak Tarno’s current wife, refuted this claim, stating that the donated money was indeed received and saved by Pak Tarno. She also explained that Pak Tarno chose to sell on the street to distract himself from stress at home.
In an interview, Sariah said, "I feel pity when I see him. He only recently received money from Mas Raffi, so why is he selling again the next day?" Meanwhile, Dewi explained, "Pak Tarno saves the donated money on his own. As for the money, I don’t manage it. Pak Tarno likes to sell at school because he gets stressed staying at home. He often calls his driver to pick him up so he can go selling."
