The annual Excellence in Community Engagement Awards are now accepting nominations, recognizing achievements in engaged learning and community impact. The awards are presented by the Center for Community Engagement.
Recognizing Commitment to Community
The awards are based on demonstration of the Mountaineer Values of Service, Curiosity, Respect, Accountability, and Appreciation. Nominations are being accepted across nine distinct categories, acknowledging a wide range of contributions.
Award categories include recognition for Graduate Students, Student Groups, Faculty, and Staff. Additional awards will be given for Excellence in Service Learning Instruction, Outstanding Community Partner, Outstanding Campus Partner, and National Service.

Individuals can submit nominations through March 30. Winners are scheduled to be announced in April.
