62 High-Ranking Military Officers (Pati) of the Indonesian Army (TNI AD) Shuffled in Major TNI Rotation
JAKARTA – In a significant personnel reshuffle, the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian National Military (Panglima TNI), General Agus Subiyanto, has reassigned 101 high-ranking military officers (Pati), including 62 from the Indonesian Army (TNI AD), 8 from the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL), and 31 from the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU). This rotation was implemented through the Panglima TNI’s Decree Number Kep/7/I/2025 dated January 3, 2025.
The Deputy for Human Resources, Information Systems, and Education of the Indonesian Military (Kapuspen TNI), Major General TNI Hariyanto, confirmed the following key changes among the TNI AD officers:

Lieutenant General (Letjen) TNI Eko Margiyono, previously serving as the Head of the National Defense Institute (Lemhannas), has been reassigned as a Pati at the Indonesian Army Headquarters (Mabes TNI AD) with a rank equalization for retirement purposes.

Lieutenant General (Letjen) TNI Nugroho Sulistyo Budi, formerly heading the National Cyber and Encryption Agency (BSSN), has also been reassigned as a Pati at the Indonesian Army Headquarters (Mabes TNI AD) with a rank equalization for retirement purposes.

Major General (Mayjen) TNI Lukmansyah, previously serving as the Deputy for Disaster Handling at the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), has been appointed as a Special Staff to the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army (KSAD).

Major General (Mayjen) TNI Budi Irawan, previously serving as the Assistance to the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army (Kasad) for Intelligence, has been appointed as the Deputy for Disaster Handling at the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), pending a Presidential Decree.

Major General (Mayjen) TNI Haryanto, formerly commanding the XVIII Regional Military Command (Pangdam XVIII/Ksr), has been reassigned as a Special Staff to the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army (KSAD).

Brigadier General (Brigjen) TNI Jala Argananto, previously serving as the Director of Education at the Army Special Forces Command (Pussenkav), has been reassigned as a Special Staff to the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army (KSAD).
- Brigadier General (Brigjen) TNI Jimmy Ramoz Manalu, previously serving as the Commander of the Army Strategic Command (Kogabwilhan I), has been appointed as the Commander of the XVIII Regional Military Command (Pangdam XVIII/Ksr).
