The campaign features five core brews: 1664 Blanc, Connor’s Stout Porter, Sapporo, Carlsberg Smooth Draught, and Carlsberg Danish Pilsner. Each beer is paired with specific dishes across participating venues.
At Empress, a contemporary Chinese restaurant overlooking the Singapore River, the kitchen serves Empress Roast Duck and Popcorn Chicken Spicy Sichuan Style. Connor’s Stout Porter matches the smoky skin of the duck, while Carlsberg Danish Pilsner balances the spice of the popcorn chicken.
Kinki, a Japanese fusion gastrobar on Collyer Quay, pairs Jeju Pork Jowl with the citrus notes of 1664 Blanc, and serves Sapporo with Saikoro Pepper Steak. At Fireplace by Bedrock, a 6-Hour Wood-Fired Pork Belly is paired with Carlsberg Smooth Draught to clear the palate between bites.
