"We’re implementing severe power outages," DTEK confirmed. Residents in Dnipropetrovsk region are currently unaffected, but energy-saving measures are crucial to stabilize the grid.

"Please conserve power if you have it," urged energy providers. "Your cooperation is vital to restore balance."

In the Sumy region, NKE "Ukrenergo" enforced emergency outages from 3 PM to 6 PM, impacting queues 1 and 2. Meanwhile, "Poltav filhoshenego" warned of similar measures in the Poltav region, with GPO (general preventive maintenance) cancelled and GAA (general emergency maintenance) scheduled for the same period.
