Three Major Projects in 2025
The extensive upgrades include three primary projects:

Longest T-Bane Closure: Borgen to Majorstuen
The longest T-bane closure in 2025 will affect passengers traveling between Borgen and Majorstuen. Bus services will replace the T-bane from late March until early November.
Majorstuen Station Summer Closure
The Majorstuen station will be closed in several phases throughout the year. The station will remain closed primarily during the summer holidays when passenger volumes are typically lower.
Other Closures and Replacements

- January 4: Temporary closures on lines 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 between various stations.
- March 28 – June 22: Closures on lines 2 and 3 between Borgen and Stortinget.
- July 5 – 25 & 26 – 27: Various lines closed, with some lines not operating at all.
- July 28 – August 3 & August 4 – September 6: Similar closures as in late July, affecting different lines.
- September 7 & 8 – November 3: More closures, including Majorstuen station shut-downs on September 8 and continuing until November 3.
- September 22 – November 3: Lines 2 and 3 closed between Borgen and Stortinget.
In addition to these dates, there may be closures on specific sections after 9 PM on certain days.
