In a move that has sparked controversy, a dedicated teacher, Christian Finstad, is being transferred from Trosterud Barneskole in Oslo’s Groruddalen district to another school, starting from the New Year. Finstad, along with eight other teachers, had raised concerns about the work environment and leadership issues at Trosterud Barneskole in the past. However, he has chosen not to comment further on the matter, respecting the ongoing process.

Morten Relbo, the Grundskoledirektør (Director of Primary Education) in Oslo’s Utdanningsetaten (Education Department), stated that the municipality cannot comment on personnel matters, as these are confidential issues between the employer and employees.
