In a shocking turn of events, two teenagers in Montana have been left with severe injuries after a brutal, unprovoked assault, as reported by BNT. The victims, a 23-year-old young man and a 16-year-old girl, were ambushed by Kilian Kilov and his son Ilian as they walked near their home. Despite being surrounded by witnesses, no one intervened or alerted emergency services.
The young man was initially discharged from Montana Hospital, but his condition worsened at home, complaining of persistent head pain. Both teenagers were subsequently transferred to ‘Pirogov’ Hospital, where more severe injuries were discovered than initially assessed.
The girl was found to have a fractured upper jaw, while the young man is awaiting a nuclear magnetic resonance scan to confirm or rule out suspicion of more serious brain injuries, including intracranial hematomas.
The assault has left the community shaken, with many questioning why eyewitnesses did not step in to help or call for help. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
