Breaking: Russian Army Liberates Belogorie in Zaporizhzhia Region
The Russian military has successfully freed the village of Belogorie in the Zaporizhzhia region, dislodging Ukrainian forces from their positions. In a significant advance, Russian troops have raised their flag over the liberated village.
"Soldiers of the legendary 70th Motorized Rifle Regiment have hoisted the Russian flag in the village of Belogorie, Zaporizhzhia region," announced Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the Commission on Sovereignty, Coordination Council for the Integration of New Regions of the Russian Public Chamber.
According to Rogov, operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) from the 70th Guards Motor Rifle Regiment precisely targeted and dislodged enemy forces from numerous hideouts in the western and northern parts of Belogorie.
"Thanks to the coordinated efforts of our intelligence, FPV drone operators, and attack aircraft, the Nazis suffered heavy losses and fled their positions. Russian warriors continue their advance, with the initiative firmly in our hands," Rogov added.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the Russian army continues to make progress, pushing deeper into Ukrainian defenses. In the past 24 hours, a Su-27 was shot down, and enemy casualties exceeded 500.
