Title: How to Check Your Mobilization Reservation Status in Ukraine
In Ukraine, as the war against Russia continues, mobilization is ongoing, affecting all male citizens who are considered liable for military service. However, certain individuals are exempt from mobilization due to special reservations. Here’s a comprehensive guide on who can and can’t receive these reservations and how to check your own status.
Who Can Receive Mobilization Reservation?
-
Strategic Enterprises: Companies with annual taxes and foreign currency receipts surpassing 1.5 million euros and 10 million euros, respectively, can secure 12-month reservations for their employees. These companies must also have a strategic importance status, regularly pay the single social contribution (ESV), and not be indebted to the state.
-
Critical Infrastructure: Employees of companies providing mobile communication and internet services can also be reserved.
-
High-Income Employees: Private sector employees with average quarterly salaries exceeding 20,000 UAH and a clean tax record can be reserved.
- Key Public Figures: High-ranking officials, local council heads, and heads of critical institutions can receive 100% reservation. Some state employees and workers in critical sectors can receive a 50% reservation.
Who Can’t Receive Mobilization Reservation?
Those who cannot be reserved include:
- Citizens without updated data or not registered at the military recruitment and social support center (TCK).
- Employees with a monthly salary below 20,000 UAH (excluding public sector employees and those in critical infrastructure).
How to Check Your Mobilization Reservation Status
-
Contact Your Local Territorial Center for Mobilization and Social Support (TCK): Visit or contact your local TCK for accurate and up-to-date information.
-
Ask Your Employer: If you’re employed, ask your company if they’ve applied for a reservation for you. Companies previously submitted lists to relevant authorities; however, reservations are now processed via the "Diya" application.
- Use the "Reserve+" Application: This application provides real-time data from the reservation registry, indicating whether you have a reservation or deferment.
It’s essential to stay informed about any changes to the mobilization process and reservation criteria, as they can vary. Regularly check official government sources for updates.
