However, things are heating up in her personal life as she recently got engaged to her boyfriend of two years, Carl Svensson.
The 44-year-old actress was caught off guard by Svensson’s proposal on none other than Christmas Eve. "[He] was quite nervous. Both my daughter and I had been hints about it. But it was still the best Christmas ever," Nordby told Se og Hør, Norway‘s leading celebrity magazine.
Ingrid Nordby and Carl Svensson first met as colleagues at the Norwegian Film School in Lillehammer. They became a couple in 2019 and moved in together in Moss the following year. Despite their busy schedules, the couple has managed to build a strong foundation for their relationship.
