Man’s Alleged Rape Case Exposed: Wife Reveals Police Coercion, Husband’s Revenge

Couple’s Rape Allegation Unravels as Wife Claims Police Coercion and Husband’s Revenge Motive

Article:

In a shocking turn of events, a woman named Arimbi has publicly refuted her former husband, Yudi, over allegations of rape and abuse that have haunted their family for years. Yudi had recently testified before the House of Representatives’ (DPR) Commission III, claiming that his wife and child were victims of a rape case since 2017, with the investigation seemingly stalled.

The Initial Allegation

Yudi, a resident of Solo, Java, took his grievances to the DPR, where he shared that his wife and child had been victims of a rape case. The alleged perpetrator was a college student who was living with them. Despite the case being reported six years ago, Yudi claimed that no justice had been served.

During the hearing, Yudi revealed that he was once detained by the police without clear reasons. He also alleged that he was forced to sign a statement without being allowed to read its contents. Yudi broke down in tears as he recounted his experiences.

Arimbi’s Rebuttal

Arimbi, however, has a different version of events. In a video clarification, she categorically denied the rape allegations, stating that the entire incident was a fabrication by her former husband. She claimed that she was forced to make a false report and admit to being raped.

Arimbi revealed that her former husband had been exploiting their child, pressuring him to claim that he was a victim of sodomy. She also admitted to making a false report in 2017, stating that she did so out of fear for her safety.

The Revenge Motive

Arimbi shed light on the true motive behind Yudi’s actions. She alleged that Yudi was driven by jealousy and revenge against another man, D. She claimed that Yudi had orchestrated the entire incident to frame D and seek revenge.

Arimbi’s Retraction

In a surprising turn of events, Arimbi revealed that she had retracted her initial report in 2017. She stated that she did so of her own volition, without any coercion or intimidation.

Arimbi’s Wish

Arimbi expressed her desire to meet her child, whom she has not seen for seven years. She also hopes that her clarification can reach the Commission III of the DPR, helping to resolve the confusion surrounding the case.

The House of Representatives’ Commission III, led by Habiburokhman, has called for a thorough investigation into the matter. They have urged the Central Java Police Chief and the Solo Police Chief to take swift action and ensure that the case is handled fairly and transparently.

7 Compelled Statements: Arimbi’s Ex-Husband Accused of Filing False Rape Report

by Chief Editor December 29, 2024
written by Chief Editor

Title: Woman Arimbi Claims Ex-Husband Yudi Forced Her to File False Rape Report; Refutes Seven-Year-Old Allegation

In a stunning turn of events, Arimbi, a 39-year-old woman from Solo, Java, has accused her former husband, Yudi, of coercing her to file a false rape report against a man with the initial ‘D’. This claim has resurfaced after Yudi presented the case during a hearing at the Commission III of the House of Representatives (DPR) on Thursday, December 19, 2024.

Arimbi’s lawyer, Muhammad Arnaz, revealed that Arimbi was willing to share her side of the story in front of the commission. "We will ask for the opportunity to have Arimbi tell her side. We want the truth about what really happened to be exposed," Arnaz stated during a press conference in a location in Grogol, Sukoharjo Regency, on Friday, December 27, 2024.

Arimbi alleged that she and her child, K, were coerced by Yudi to file a false report with the police in 2017, accusing ‘D’ of rape. Accompanied by Yudi, Arimbi went to the police station to file the fabricated report. Later, when Yudi wasn’t around, Arimbi informed the police that she had filed a false report.

Arimbi clarified that she ended her marriage with Yudi after being forced to make the false accusation. She described Yudi as having a temperamental and drug-addicted personality. "He was always suspicious, and when I didn’t give him the answers he wanted, he would turn to ‘D’," Arimbi explained.

Arimbi strongly denied being raped or suffering any form of abuse from ‘D’. She stated, "I’ve never been a victim of rape, not even once. This whole thing is just his jealousy targeting ‘D’." She also revealed that she had been a victim of domestic violence at the hands of Yudi.

Arimbi expressed concern for her child, who she said had been manipulated by Yudi to claim that he had been abused. "My child has suffered from this for seven years. I ask that he be removed from this situation and given to me," she pleaded.

In an unexpected revelation, Arimbi acknowledged that she had told Yudi she was raped by ‘D’ in the past, but that she had lied to protect herself while being held captive by Yudi for three days. She believes that Yudi misinterpreted her initial confession as a lie, leading him to orchestrate the false rape report.

Arimbi also shared that she managed to retract the false report on her own, without being coerced or threatened. She hopes that by coming forward and sharing her story, she can finally put an end to this seven-year-long accusation.

She concluded, "All I want is for the truth to come out. I’m ready to face whatever consequences may come my way, as long as I can clear my name and protect my child."

Jokowi & Family Grace Kiky Saputri’s Kafe Opening in Solo; Warganet Reacts

Article:

In a surprising turn of events, former Indonesian president Joko Widodo (‘Jokowi’) and his family attended the soft opening of comedian Kiky Saputri’s new café in Solo, Central Java on Tuesday, 24 September 2024. Kiky, known for her comedic persona Komika Kiky Saputri, and her husband Muhammad Khairi, were delighted by the unexpected visit.

Kiky shared the news on her Instagram account, @kikysaputri, posting a photo of Jokowi and his family at her café – the first branch she has opened in Depok, West Java. "I can’t believe it, guys! I really didn’t expect President Jokowi and his family to visit my café," she captioned the photo.

Initially, Kiky thought only Kaesang Pangarep and Erina Gudono would attend, as she had previously invited them. However, Kaesang informed her that he would be coming with his family and even extended the invitation to Kahiyang Ayu, who resides in Medan, to join them.

Despite her advanced pregnancy, Kiky was full of energy in the photos, posing with not only Jokowi’s family but also with fellow artists and non-artists who attended the event. The café’s opening attracted a mix of celebrities and non-celebrities, highlighting Kiky’s warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Reactions from netizens have been mixed. Some criticized Kiky and Muhammad for the visit, interpreting it as a sign of close ties and reviving rumors about Kiky being part of the regime’s ‘buzzers.’ However, others celebrated the friendly atmosphere and Kiky’s entrepreneurial spirit.

Woman Alleges Forced False Rape Report by Ex-husband; Fears Reopening of Closed Case

JAKARTA — Arimbi is speaking out, alleging she was forced by her ex-husband, Yudi, to file a false rape report in 2017, a case that has since been closed. She claims Yudi threatened and even assaulted her, making her fear the reopening of the case. Arimbi, in a video statement, said she was intimidated by Yudi into fabricating the report, which implicated a man identified only by the initial ‘D’. "When Y was not watching, I managed to tell the police that the report was fake," she revealed.

Arimbi also disclosed being held captive for three days by Yudi, during which she was coerced into claiming she was raped by ‘D’. She was fortunate to be rescued by the police. Arimbi believes Yudi’s actions stemmed from jealousy, as ‘D’ was a former partner. "He thought I was lying about being raped because I changed my statement," she explained, noting she initially gave a false statement out of fear for her life.

Yudi’s recent appearance at the Regional House of Representatives (DPR), Komisi III, has reignited the long-closed case. Arimbi’s lawyer, Muhammad Arnaz, plans to file a request with Komisi III for his client to give her account of events. Arnaz hopes the commission will provide a platform for Arimbi to clear her name and refute Yudi’s claims.

The couple divorced in 2018, ending all communication, including with their child, aged 12 at the time, who was also allegedly involved in the case.

She humorously coined her coffee shop’s tagline as "Love Pak Jokowi, terima kasih. Woman Speaks Out After Forced Divorce and False Accusations of Assault, Unveils Ex-Husband’s Identity

Title: Indonesian Woman Seeks Divorce After Being Coerced into Filing False Violence Resource Center”>Rape Report

Jakarta, Dec 28 (via Detik) – Arimbi, a 39-year-old woman, has decided to divorce her husband, Yudi, after being forced to file a false rape report against him. Arimbi described her former spouse as temperamental and a former narcotics user.

"Yudi was not only temperamental but also jealous, and he was an active drug user at the time we were together," Arimbi told reporters on Saturday. "I understand that police need evidence, not hallucinations, but this was too much."

Arimbi refuted Yudi’s claims during a parliamentary session on Thursday, December 19. She firmly stated that neither she nor her child had been sexually assaulted and that the 2017 case had been closed for years.

Arimbi revealed that Yudi’s excessive jealousy led her to make the false accusation. "I’ve heard him say that I should report ‘D’ for allegedly assaulting me, but nothing like that ever happened," she explained.

Throughout their relationship, Arimbi faced severe domestic violence. "He punched me on the face so hard that my eyelid’s blood vessels burst," she recalled.

Regrettably, their child was also drawn into the matter. Arimbi hopes to gain full custody, saying, "I don’t want my child to grow up with someone like him."

The case resurfaced when Yudi appeared at the parliamentary session, claiming that his wife had been sexually assaulted. Muhammad Arnaz, Arimbi’s lawyer, wishes to resolve this issue promptly.

In this fast-paced world, transparency and honesty are key. Arimbi’s courage to speak up against domestic abuse should serve as an inspiration to others. Let this story be a reminder that no one deserves to live in fear, and everyone has the right to safety and justice.

Mother Alleges Former Husband and Children as Victims of Domestic Violence Orchestration

Solo Woman Denies Ex-Husband’s Allegations of Rape, Claims False Police Report

A woman from Solo, identified as Arimbi, has refuted her former husband Yudi’s testimony in the Regional Police Criminal Investigation Unit (RDPU) of Komisi III DPR RI, which alleged that he had raped his comatose wife for seven years. Arimbi maintains that the rape and child abuse case is a fabrication by her ex-husband.

"Rape never happened, so I was forced to give a false report at the police station. I’ve never experienced anything like that with me or my child. Neither has there been any harassment," Arimbi clarified in a video statement to reporters on Saturday (28/12/2024).

Arimbi accused her ex-husband of coercing their child to falsely confess to being a victim of sodomy. "My child has been intimidated and abused by their father for seven years, being forced to confess as a victim of sodomy," she added.

Arimbi revealed that she was coerced into filing a false report at her husband’s behest at the time. She felt threatened and feared for her safety.

The case was first reported by Arimbi to the police in 2017. According to Arimbi, Yudi manufactured the rape accusation out of jealousy towards a man identified as ‘D’. "I was forced to make a false report, intimidated because Yudi did this to arrest D and satisfy his jealousy," Arimbi said.

Arimbi had previously confessed to being raped by D to her then-husband. However, this was a lie to ensure her safety. "I made a false confession only for my safety. My position at that time was that I was locked up for three days, and I didn’t know if I would live or not if I didn’t get help from the police," she explained.

One day, when Arimbi had the opportunity to escape Yudi, she went to the police station and withdrew her report. The case was also closed in the same year, 2017.

"When Yudi slipped up, I had the chance to tell the police that this report was false," Arimbi said.

Arimbi admitted that she withdrew the report of her own accord, asserting that there was no coercion or intimidation involved.

Hopes for a Reunion with Her Child

Arimbi also hopes to meet with Komisi III DPR RI to provide a clarification on the said allegation. She wishes for the public to know the truth behind the case.

"I hope that this clarification of mine reaches Komisi III DPR, so that all misunderstandings can be settled, and everyone knows the truth about what really happened," Arimbi said.

Furthermore, Arimbi also expressed her desire to reunite with her child, having been denied access to them by her ex-husband for the past seven years.

"I’ve been separated from my child for so long, I haven’t been able to see them for 7 years. I’ve only been intimidated into giving a false testimony as a rape victim," Arimbi remarked.

PDIP Endorses KPK’s Decision to Name Jokowi a Suspect, Urges Respect for Legal Process

by Chief Editor December 25, 2024
written by Chief Editor

President Jokowi Reacts to PDIP Secretary-General’s Status as Suspect in Graft Case

In a recent development, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) has named PDIP Secretary-General, Hasto Kristiyanto, as a suspect in a corruption case involving former KPU commissioner, Wahyu Setiawan. While no longer in office, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has found himself entangled in the case, with his name still being mentioned in relation to Hasto’s status.

"I respect the ongoing legal process," said Jokowi during an event at the Graha Saba Buana building in Solo, Central Java, on Wednesday (25/12/2024). When asked about his name being connected to the case, Jokowi responded calmly, stating that he is no longer in office.

KPK announced Hasto as a suspect in the case involving alleged bribery of Wahyu Setiawan during a press conference at their headquarters in South Jakarta on Tuesday (24/12). KPK chairman Setyo Budiyanto explained that Hasto played a role in placing Harun Masiku in the South Sumatra I electoral district and attempting to secure his position in the DPR via a Patent of Appointment (PAW). Hasto even reportedly hindered Riezky Aprilia’s planned installation as an MP by withholding her invitation letter.

The DPP PDI-P’s deputy chairman, Rony Talapessy, has suggested that Hasto’s naming as a suspect is politically motivated. He stated that the true reason behind Hasto’s involvement is his party’s stance against attempts to undermine democracy and the constitution, as well as abuse of power during the final stages of Jokowi’s presidency.

Although no longer in office, Jokowi maintains that he has no issue with his name being linked to the case. "It’s fine if my name is involved in this case," he said, emphasizing that he is retired now.

FX Rudy: Jokowi’s Dismissal Not Due to Counterattack, But Intervention in MK

Article:

Solo, KOMPAS.com – Chairman of the Central Jakarta branch of the PDIP, FX Hadi Rudyatmo or FX Rudy, commented on the dismissal of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) from the party’s cadre. Rudy explained that the dismissal was not due to a counterattack but because Jokowi intervened in the affairs of the Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) when he was still the president.

"It’s not about retaliation. Rather, it’s about the intervention in the Mahkamah Konstitusi during his time as President," Rudy said in Solo, Central Java, on Tuesday (24/12/2024).

Rudy emphasized that the party had educated its members about ideology and rules, especially the Constitution. Therefore, if they make mistakes, they should not interfere with law enforcement or the judicial process.

"We were taught by the party to respect ideology and the rule of law. If we make mistakes, we shouldn’t interfere with law enforcement or the judicial process. Let the legal process proceed as it should," Rudy added.
