Inheritance Dispute

(This revised title maintains the key information, removes repetition, and employs more engaging and understandable language.)
”>Ratna Sarumpaet Inheritance Dispute: Family Clarifies Legal Process, Atiqah Hasiholan Speaks Out

The long-standing legal battle over the inheritance of Ratna Sarumpaet’s estate has resurfaced, this time drawing the attention of the family. Ratna’s grandson, Husin Kamal, recently lodged a complaint alleging suspected embezzlement of the inheritance. In response, the extended Sarumpaet family has issued a clarification regarding the ongoing legal process.

Atika Hasiholan, Ratna’s daughter, has stated that the investigation into the case is still underway. She maintained that there is currently no evidence to support any criminal allegations. "So far, we cannot confirm that there is any crime," she asserted at Bareskrim Mabes Polri on Tuesday, December 24, 2024.

During the press conference, Atiqah also expressed her concern over the narrative surrounding her mother, Ratna Sarumpaet. She emphasized that no definitive evidence has been presented to support the claims against Ratna. "Do not portray my mother as being guilty. This process is still ongoing," Atiqah clarified.

The public might be unaware of the additional burden Atiqah carries. Her sister, Iqbaal Alhady, requires special attention due to her mental health condition, schizophrenia. Atiqah confessed that she is exhausted but understands that she must navigate this challenging situation. "I’m not complaining about being tired, but this is something I must deal with," she added.

When asked about her family’s desired resolution for the inheritance dispute, Atiqah stressed the importance of mutual understanding and good intentions within the family. She believes that resolving the matter privately, rather than prolonging it in court, would be ideal. "From the outside, ideally, the issue should be resolved within the family without extended legal proceedings," she asserted.

Stay tuned for more updates on the ongoing developments of the Ratna Sarumpaet inheritance dispute.
