“This is not a children’s book, although it is suitable for both adults and children. Just as the children’s camp was not only for children, but also for adults. It is like a long twilight story in images and words, reminiscent to many children the children’s camp which has lasted 25 years and hopefully will continue,” Anu Raud said. “All these different aspects of life, which have become painfully relevant today, were already our motto 25 years ago. It is about the conservation and protection of nature and forests, moderate consumption, do-it-yourself and cooperation, as well as the acquisition of numerous applied skills. In all of this creativity and spiritual life come first.”
According to him, the book could be useful for people who work with children and a source of inspiration for organizing children’s camps. In the book, for example, there is a list of food needed in the camp and instructions for playing outdoors.
