Kristina Traumann-Kepp, founder of the e-store Pomello.ee, which sells accessories and products necessary for beauticians, said she knew from early adolescence that she wanted to become an entrepreneur.
That’s why he went to study at university, choosing business and project management as his specialization. In 2009, in his second year of university, his paths crossed with the world of beauty, and the completely unexpected opportunity arose to follow training in the installation of eyelash extensions. “I never thought that this training course would shape my entire future journey. I immediately opened my own small beauty studio in Tallinn, combining the knowledge I gained at university and the experiences I gained in the world of beauty. That was the point starting point of my entire career in the world of beauty,” she said.
After working in the beauty world for a long time and learning about different procedures and services, she wanted to start training as well. “While working as a trainer, I came into close contact with various beauty products and service providers, and within a few years I realized that not many products that our beauty artists need in their work reach Estonia” , she explained. That’s why he had the idea to introduce and sell these products and brands himself in Estonia, and in the summer of 2022, the plan was to create his own company and an e-shop.
