Oksana Kopchik, the creator of the Tearoma tea shop, said that the idea to create her own company was born out of a great interest and love for tea.
After Kopchik decided to start his own tea business, he began to do an in-depth analysis and research where and how to start. Researching market trends gave him clear ideas to open an online store, because in the early stages of the company, building an e-store was a cheaper solution than opening a physical store.
To ensure that all payment systems worked in the e-shop, the databases were in order and the page worked, he had the online shop created by a team of professionals. Thanks to mutual cooperation, according to Kopchik, the whole process went very well. “We have a large assortment and the part that took us the longest was compiling the e-store and assigning SEO to each product. We did it ourselves and it took a long time,” she said.
