On Sunday 10 December you can experience the magic of Christmas in Pirita-Kose Park, where a rich cultural program took place and you can purchase a nice gift package at the Christmas fair. The main artists were Birgit and Mihkel Mattisen, who filled the park with beautiful Christmas music.
“This year we came to various settlements of Pirita both with summer events and now with a Christmas fair, and we received a lot of positive feedback from residents. Local visitors were happy that after 49 years of residence in Pirita-Kose, a holiday so beautiful had finally arrived in their backyard. A celebration on the streets of your home brings you to meet your neighbors and share the spirit of the celebration together,” said Kaido Saarniit, an elder from the Pirita district.
Christmasland in the ruins of Pirita Monastery
Next Sunday, December 17, at 12 pm, the last Pirita Christmasland of the year will open its doors, and this time the Christmas tree and the elves will be waiting for you within the walls of the Pirita monastery.
The family event in Christmasland offers the joy of discovery to young and old. Visitors have the opportunity to attend the concert of the beloved Laura Põldvere, other exciting singing and dancing performances and to participate in a DIY workshop with Päka Piia. After a long time, the Christmas area of the monastery is decorated again with a nativity scene. At the Christmas fair, visitors can find exciting gifts for loved ones and delicious body care for every taste.
