Poles are getting richer
Why is there such interest in real estate abroad? Spain is the most popular, but Poles also buy houses and apartments, e.g. in Portugal or Italy. Wherever it is warm and you can go on holiday, for example, or sublet a place to tourists.
– I see two main reasons here – says Dr. Adam Czerniak, an economist from the Warsaw School of Economics, in an interview with the tvn24.pl business editorial team. – First, portfolio diversification. Someone already has a flat in Poland, has saved some money and comes up with the idea of buying another property somewhere abroad. Polish society is becoming richer, we are becoming a highly developed country – he explains.
