This is a cosmetic procedure in which the patient’s fat is taken from the abdomen, hips or thighs and then injected into the buttocks. As a result of cosmetic surgery, the applicant will have an hourglass figure.

“Wait, this is really Kim?! The first time I saw it I thought people were joking,” said one commenter, not recognizing the reality star without her famous curvy butt. “Can we please stop body types from being trendy?” , asked a natural-looking commenter.
