Done! France and Tottenham legend moves to America – Soccernet.ee

French goalkeeper Hugo Lloris’ time at Tottenham Hotspur is over: the 37-year-old has moved to Los Angeles FC. The contract was initially signed for one season.

Lloris, who joined Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2012, has played a total of 444 games for the club across all leagues. On the other hand, the last calendar year was difficult because he lacked playing time due to both injuries and club decisions. Thus, Lloris has been training with Tottenham for the last six months, but the last minutes of the match will be in April.

The goalkeeper, who won the World Cup with France in 2018, has found the next step in his career at LAFC, with whom he signed a one-year contract. If the collaboration goes well, the contract could be extended until 2026.

LAFC was the third team in the conference in the season that ended, in 2022 they became champions of the United States. The new MLS season begins at the end of February.
