Employer payments represent a convenient way to invest in the 3rd pillar every month, without the employee having to think about making the payments themselves. Although it is not an obligation, it is an agreement between employee and employer.
However, this is not possible for all employees. At the moment, in fact, state employees cannot take advantage of this option. The reason given is that the software simply doesn’t allow it. However, the situation may change in the near future.

So why can’t government employees take advantage of this opportunity? The problem was already known several years ago and already then it was possible to start working on the development of software that would allow this possibility of third pillar payment. However, this is not yet possible.
