South Korea’s Danuri Lunar Orbiter
Recently, the LRO team demonstrated their proficiency by capturing images of South Korea’s Danuri lunar orbiter, launched by the Republic of Korea in August 2022. This marks South Korea’s inaugural lunar orbiter mission, aimed at developing and testing technologies, including the space internet, and creating a detailed topographic map of the lunar surface.
